| Thomas Kemp, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Thomas Kemp became CEO of Northstar Travel Media in January 2009. Mr. Kemp has a unique combination of experience as a senior operating executive and private equity investor in business-to-business media. In 2008, he founded Oakstreet Media, a company formed to invest in and acquire lower-middle market business-to-business media and information companies. From 2004 to 2008, Mr. Kemp was a Managing Director at Veronis Suhler Stevenson, a leading private equity firm investing in the media and communications industry. Prior to VSS, he was the Chairman and CEO of Penton Media, one of the leading business-to-business media companies, from 1996 to 2004. Prior to Penton, Mr. Kemp was President and COO of Miller Freeman Inc, a market-leading business to-business media company headquartered in San Francisco. He has been a board member of several business media companies as well as industry associations, including American Business Media and BPA International. Mr. Kemp received his BA with honors from Amherst College. Tom lives with his family in New Canaan, Connecticut. |
 | Linda Li Davachi, Chief Financial Officer
Linda Davachi joined Northstar in October 2008. Mrs. Davachi most recently served in the Investor Relations function at Honeywell International supporting the CEO and CFO and working with both buy-side investors and sell-side analysts on Wall Street. Prior to that, Mrs. Davachi held various positions in the corporate audit and compliance function at Honeywell where she traveled and worked in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. She was the head of Audit and Compliance, both financial and operational, for Honeywell’s $3B portfolio in Asia Pacific from 2004 to 2006. Prior to joining Honeywell, Mrs. Davachi worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, in Houston, as part of the Business Assurance and Advisory team. While in Houston, Mrs. Davachi was committed to community service, teaching both Junior Achievement classes for junior high and elementary schools and mentoring under-privileged students. Mrs. Davachi is an alumnus of the University of Texas at Austin where she completed both her undergraduate and graduate degrees with highest honors. She was the recipient of the President’s Award for Educational Excellence during President Clinton’s terms. She now lives with her husband, Todd, in West New York, New Jersey. |
 | Janine L. Bavoso, Vice President, Human Resources
Janine Bavoso heads up the Human Resources function at Northstar Travel Media. With more than 15 years’ experience in Human Resource Management, Janine has learned that no day is like the next. Her goal is to contribute to and help shape a workplace that is unique, dynamic and rewarding and encourages people to excel in their jobs. She has a broad background in all HR disciplines in both the profit and not-for-profit sectors. Prior to joining Northstar, Janine was Human Resources Director at Liberty Science Center in Jersey City, New Jersey for close to nine years. Before working at Liberty Science Center she spent several years at Spencer Savings Bank in Garfield, New Jersey. Janine earned a BS degree in Psychology from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania and an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Montclair State University in New Jersey. Her graduate thesis focused on criticism and praise administered by supervisors in public vs. private settings. She is a national and local chapter member of the Society of Human Resources Management and has earned her certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Janine resides in Hoboken, New Jersey, the birthplace of Frank Sinatra and baseball, with her husband, son and daughter. |
 | Robert Brai, Production Director for NTM print products
Robert Brai manages purchasing and operations of paper, prepress, printing and distribution for all Northstar publications. Since joining the company in 1991, he has held various positions, including controller for the Directories Group and Business Manager Operations for the combined OAG and Reed Travel Group while based in Chicago. Mr. Brai has been instrumental in bringing prepress functions in-house, upgrading the publishing systems and initiating the offering of digital magazines. Prior to joining Northstar, he was with Deak International (now Thomas Cook) as controller and operations manager for its precious metal brokerage business. He also previously was with Whitney Communications (publisher of Interior Design and The Hockey News) as an accountant. He received a BS in Accounting from Clarkson University. Mr. Brai is an avid ice hockey player and plays tournaments in Lake Placid, Montreal, Las Vegas and Tampa Bay. He lives in Freehold, New Jersey, with his son, Zachary. |

Tom Cintorino has been a digital media strategist and leader for over ten years. Currently, Mr. Cintorino is EVP Digital Media for Northstar Travel Media. Previously, he built PennWell Corporation's Digital Media organization and led their transformation efforts creating one of their largest, fastest growing profit centers. Prior to the being in the media business, Mr. Cintorino held various senior-level positions in early-stage venture capital backed high-tech firms. Specifically, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for iCOMS, Senior Vice President of Sales & Sales Operations for Dr. Solomon's, and Vice-President of Worldwide Sales for Logicraft, Inc. Mr. Cintorino holds a BS in Mathematics, an MBA in Technology Management, and chaired American Business Media's Digital Media Council 2004-2006. |
 | Lori Cioffi, Vice President/Editorial Director, Meetings Group; Editor-in-Chief, M&C
Lori Cioffi joined Meetings & Conventions as Editor in Chief in 1993. Since then, she has overseen two comprehensive redesigns of M&C and guided the publication to numerous editorial awards, including Magazine of the Year from the American Society of Business Publication Editors. She has represented M&C around the world at travel and meetings industry events and panels, and in 2005 received the Medal of Tourism from France. Before joining M&C, Ms. Cioffi spent 10 years at sister publication Travel Weekly. A native of Western Pennsylvania, she graduated from Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts, shortly thereafter writing and producing a series on the history of New York City for National Public Radio. She lives in Manhattan with her dog, Odilee, who keeps an eye on her at all times. |
 | Lester Craft, General Manager, Electronic Products Group
Lester Craft joined Northstar Travel Media in 2007 and is responsible for the company’s online operations and product-development, including both periodicals and Northstar’s Electronic Products Group. Mr. Craft has extensive leadership experience spanning Internet, product-development, sales and editorial. After serving for a decade as chief editor of Furniture/Today at Reed Business Information and also chairing Reed’s corporate Editorial Advisory Board, Mr. Craft entered Internet and tech publishing full-time in 1999, when he headed the launch of eCommerce Business magazine and Web site at Reed. Mr. Craft went on to serve as chief editor of leading tech publications, including Upside, in San Francisco and Southern California. Mr. Craft also has held product-development, sales-management and executive positions in Internet publishing and advertising, including serving as Executive Vice President of a San Diego-based advertising agency specializing in interactive media. Mr. Craft has received awards for blogging on innovation management, and he has spoken at events in Silicon Valley about his groundbreaking use of online video as a marketing tool. Mr. Craft holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro. He lives in Colorado with his wife and two children. |

Beth Koesser manages operations at Northstar's Glen Ellyn, Illinois, office and oversees the software development, database administration and hotel research teams. As Director of Database Content, she has played a key role in the development of the Northstar corporate content strategy. She has built a world-class proprietary content management system for the largest hotel, destination and security database worldwide. Ms. Koesser began her career with Northstar as a Software Developer in 1981 and has held various technology positions throughout the past 20-plus years, including Senior Project Leader and Software Development Manager. Ms. Koesser received her BS degree in Computer Science & Business Administration from Northern Illinois University in 1989. She lives in Northern Illinois with her husband and two daughters. |
 | Rich Mastropietro, Information Technology Infrastructure and Operations Director
Rich Mastropietro leads the Helpdesk, Technical Support, Network Engineering and Publishing Systems Support areas at Northstar. He has been with the company since January 2000, when he was hired as a Network Engineer. He has more than 12 years' experience in the computer networking and technical support fields. Prior to joining Northstar, Mr. Mastropietro worked as a Systems Administrator for International Paper in Montvale, New Jersey, and as an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer at the Indian Point 3 Nuclear Power Plant in Buchanan, New York. Mr. Mastropietro received his BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College in 1992. He lives in Orange County, New York, with his wife and two daughters. |
 | Roberta Bianchi-Muller, Director of Internet Production
Roberta Bianchi-Muller oversees the team that maintains all NTM Web sites and online initiatives. Responsibilities include Web site design, functionality, content and E-broadcasting. Her group works closely with sales and publishers to develop new product ideas for Northstar's online publications. Ms. Bianchi-Muller also maintains NTM infrastructure applications, as well as business analysis and quality assurance testing efforts. During her 20-year tenure with Northstar, she has worked on large-scale initiatives such as Y2K preparation, migration off mainframe databases, centralized order entry/billing, directory print automation and product redesigns. She received a BA in Communications with a minor in Computer Science from Susquehanna University in Pennsylvania. She lives in Kearny, New Jersey, with her husband and three sons. |
 | Sheila Rice, Vice President Business Development & Licensing
With more than 20 years of experience in business-to-business publishing, Sheila Rice has developed a branded content licensing franchise with Northstar's existing digital data assets. The company's diverse content portfolio of products includes the largest worldwide hotel database, Weissmann Reports, STAR Service Online critical hotel reviews and Northstar's periodical news and feature magazine articles. Prior to her content licensing efforts, Ms. Rice was Vice President Publishing Sales of Travel Weekly, with responsibility for managing regional advertising sales directors, account directors and an inside sales support team. Before joining Northstar in 2000, Ms. Rice was Vice President of Electronic Development for Cahners Business Information (now Reed) for the Retail, Design, Building/Construction & Printing Group. She served as a liaison between business/publishing and technology as editorial and advertising cultures migrated from print-centric to media-neutral businesses. From 1998 to 2000, Ms. Rice was founding Publisher of Digital Television magazine, a sister publication of Broadcasting & Cable magazine at Cahners, responsible for business, advertising and editorial direction. Ms. Rice was also previously Associate Publisher of TWICE (This Week in Consumer Electronics) magazine and Advertising Director of Home Textiles Today. She started her publishing career at Fairchild Publications with HFD-Retailing Home Furnishings. She lives in New York City with her two children. |

Michelle M. Rosenberg is Publisher of TravelAge West, TravelAgeWest.com and the WAVE Awards. She has been with Northstar since 1990 and has nearly 20 years of editorial, sales and marketing, and management experience in magazine, newspaper and electronic media. Prior to rejoining TravelAge West in 1999 as Publisher, Ms. Rosenberg served five years with Travel Weekly as a Regional Sales Manager and Regional Advertising Director, Western U.S./Mexico/Asia. Ms. Rosenberg started her travel publishing career at TravelAge West as an Assistant Editor, before moving on to editorial and sales positions at Travel Agent Magazine. She also held several senior editorial positions with the Acorn newspaper in Agoura Hills, California, including two years as its Editor in Chief. She is a California native, a graduate of Pepperdine University with a degree in Journalism, and currently resides in Oak Park, California, with her husband, Bruce, and two sons, Connor and Sean. |

Bernie Schraer is the Group Publisher of Meetings & Conventions, T&E magazine and the Official Meeting Facilities Guide. Mr. Schraer has been with Northstar since 1990. He has more than 28 total years of experience in sales, marketing and management in magazines, newspapers and electronic media, and the past 18 years have been in travel industry publishing. Prior to joining the NTM Meetings Group in 1997, he was with Travel Weekly for more than seven years. There, he held various positions including Advertising Director, National Account Manager and Regional Sales Manager. Prior to joining Travel Weekly, Mr. Schraer held several sales and management positions with the Bergen Record newspaper in Hackensack, New Jersey, and the Ocean County Reporter newspaper in Toms River, New Jersey. Bernie holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Georgian Court University. He lives with his wife and two children in New Jersey. |

Ken Shapiro was born and raised in Los Angeles. He did his undergraduate work at the University of California at Los Angeles and has a graduate degree from Columbia University. For more than 10 years, he worked for consumer magazines and book publishers in New York City. After moving back to Los Angeles in 2003, he became Destinations Editor at TravelAge West and eventually Editor in Chief. Under his guidance, TravelAge West has received numerous national and international editorial and design awards. A member of the Society of American Travel Writers, Mr. Shapiro has won writing awards from several organizations, including the North American Travel Journalists Association. He lives with his wife, Julee, and their two children in Hollywood. |

Cindy Sheaffer heads up operations at Northstar’s North Carolina office. As EPG editorial director, she leads the worldwide team of editors, correspondents, travel experts and security analysts who together provide content for Weissmann Reports, STAR Service Online, BTP24 and Intelliguide Corporate. Prior to joining Northstar in 2003, Ms. Sheaffer had been in the home furnishings industry for more than 16 years. She was in editorial positions at Furniture/Today and Home Accents Today at Cahners Business Information (now Reed) for 14 years and also was previously director of media relations for the American Furniture Manufacturers Association. A graduate of Wake Forest University, she began her publishing career at the Winston-Salem Journal in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She lives in Winston-Salem with her husband and two children. |

Robert G. Sullivan, CTC, has more than 20 years of travel trade publishing experience. Mr. Sullivan joined Travel Weekly in the fall of 2000 and has been responsible for publishing matters related to Travel Weekly and its portfolio of products, including TravelWeekly.com and the Travel Weekly Leadership Forum programs. Prior to joining Northstar, Mr. Sullivan was VP and Group Publisher of the Miller Freeman Travel Group for seven years. At Miller Freeman, he was responsible for the strategic direction and publishing of Leisure Travel News, Business Travel News and Meeting News, as well as its travel trade show group. Before becoming VP and Group Publisher of the Miller Freeman Travel Group, Mr. Sullivan served as Publisher of Leisure Travel News for five years. His travel trade publishing career began at Ziff Davis in its training program. Mr. Sullivan lives in Darien, Connecticut, with his wife and five children. |
 | Arnie Weissmann, Vice President and Editor in Chief, Travel Weekly
For more than 20 years, Arnie Weissmann has been involved in virtually every aspect of travel journalism, publishing and media. The creator of Weissmann Reports, he has won more than 30 national writing awards and he authored a best-selling travel textbook. Mr. Weissmann also was a pioneer on the web, creating the first core destination content for American Online (where he also wrote a travel column) and licensing content to Apple's e-world and dozens of other web sites, including those of Time Inc., CNN, Marriott International, the L.A. Times and Discovery Channel. His company also was contracted to create and run AT&T's business travel Web site. Weissmann Travel Reports was sold to Reed Elsevier in 1996, and Mr. Weissmann became Group Publisher at that time. He continued to run Weissmann, as well as STAR Service, Official Hotel Guide and a dozen OAG-branded publications in the U.K. In 1999, he took on the role of senior advisor for business development with the Cahners Travel Group, and in October 2001, he was appointed editor in chief of Travel Weekly. He lives in New York City with his wife and three children. |
